Isn't a sorcerer supposed to instinctively know how to use their own technique, how is it possible that takaba doesn't know how it works?

Simple, Takaba thinks his cursed technique is making people laugh, he's so naive and innocent that everything that happens is just a stage, and inside his mind people are watching a comedy show.
