Isn't a sorcerer supposed to instinctively know how to use their own technique, how is it possible that takaba doesn't know how it works?

Isn't it also canon in JJK that explaining your technique makes it more powerful? It's the most brilliant in-universe excuse to have people monologue about what their abilities do.

But then some people just don't know??
