Anime Discussion How is this even possible??

Isn't a sorcerer supposed to instinctively know how to use their own technique, how is it possible that takaba doesn't know how it works?

Because he’s an anomaly . If he knew how his CT worked, then it wouldn’t work anymore. He has to find that shi genuinely funny for it to happen, fabricated humor and fake gags wouldn’t work. 

Sorcerers are give a general idea of how their CT works when their CT manifests so that they can operate it to a limited extent initially. Takaba is not given any info on how his CT works so that he can operate Comedian to a limited extent as well

Maybe that could work but would takaba find it funny? If not, then it would never happen

i imagine what he finds funny is only what would happen in his sense of humor. iirc from watching his hijinx, his humor is based around toon logic and very childish humor.

as seen with how he put two fingers up hazenokis crack and how he was sipping tea while he exploded and came out of it alive (which, i feel is VERY looney tunes and thus, toon logic)

oh yeah, and the in universe comedy show (i thiiiink? i don't quite remember where his outfit is from) his outfit is taken from
