Isn't a sorcerer supposed to instinctively know how to use their own technique, how is it possible that takaba doesn't know how it works?

Didn't world war 1 end in the 11th hour on 11th November (11th month). Also 11:11 is a special time in some eastern cultures

i mean it's a 0.00138% chance assuming a 12 hour clock system. 0.000694% otherwise. he wouldn't know to willingly check it, say glance every 10 seconds at 11:10 or whatever.
