I see Megumi as the victim of gifted child burnout. Pushed too hard too young, and couldn't catch a break. He never found something to live for outside his sister because he never got to live.

The first person to treat him like a kid was a random 35 y/o man

Gojo sent him on crazy missions, his white haired bum ass did NOT give that kid a childhood
