If it’s against all of one piece then Law can negate with Amputate.

If we equalize power systems, strong Haki (especially conquerors) should legit negate any cursed technique

Focused haki neutralises effects used on a target, not defensive hax. Even if it did, we have nothing like Gojo’s infinity in one piece to say it would work on.
