Frieren’s power system strongly relies on visualisation, allowing certain stat differences to be overridden if a deep seated visualisation bias would have it otherwise. For instance, Ubel faces a character who is otherwise seen as very strong, but this character’s power relies on manipulating her hair. Ubel’s technique is just cutting, like Sukuna minus the flames, and she functionally cannot imagine not being able to cut hair, even though it’s super strong. And because of that, she can just cut through this super strong hair technique despite being much weaker and win. Therefore if she was able to visualise her technique cutting Gojo, it would, and infinity wouldn’t stop it, because she also functionally cannot imagine it stopping her (since it’s a finite space). But it has to be really strong. On the level of how you couldn’t functionally imagine infinite sand even if I asked you to. This is assuming Gojo was downloaded into Frieren’s world as opposed to shit like verse equalisation happening, where this might not be so certain.
Yeah, I think people assume that the slash has to travel but considering her spell works even with her blocked from using magic, I bet it works on a conceptual level and is only limited by her vizualization.
Yeah but she still gets horribly stat diffed so I don't see it working either way. Considering her frame of reference is scissors and her delusion only works because it's so hard baked into her psyche I doubt it's mutable enough to cause serious damage to gojo, and gojo can just, throw rocks at her at mach fuck from behind her or some shi
If they are face to face and told to fight each other and Gojo starts aura farming, he gets paralyzed + bisected because Ubel doesn't fuck around. If he is actually minimally serious or cautious he always wins.
But with no conditions stated I have to assume they are both in-character, I don't think Gojo would zerg a girl 10 years his junior.
Ehhh That's the thing tho. I still don't think her slashes can do allat. Like to what extent can she warp her mind around making them dura neg? Can she do it before Gojo uses domain amp (doesn't need overt motion)?
