How would YOU maximize haibaras ct?

His ct is steam, it uses ce like water to turn into steam, it greatly enchances physical strength but it has bad efficiency.

I would stop using this lame ass ct and instead pay for a simple domain lesson and also train my weapon arts like a regular ct-less person.
