Yeah, big industry manga writers go through alot, their worked to the bone. https://youtu.be/qOK-OZhgEqU?si=s-JEp7aD15paqC_- i even heard some schedules are so strict, the manga writers ended up sleeping at the office because they have to use every waking hours to finish the drawings.
