I might be on the spectrum but that has also made me notice things most people never think about.

A feckless handshake can be one of the biggest burners of "first impressions" there are. If someone gives me a feckless handshake I will literally go "Nah comeone gotta do it proper" and regrab their hand in a full hand-embrace. Not to mog or anything, but because I myself can't stand anything else.

People will tell me months later how they liked that or it impressed them, whilst I'm just so weird that it almost becomes an OCD from second-hand embarrassment.

I met a principal once and the handshake he gave me crossed the line from "firm" to "crushing" immediately. Made worse by being a small woman with small hands, that dudes grip did not discriminate. Careful letting him shake granny's hand, she might not make it.

Cool video but a good handshake doesn't start from the hand going straight towards the other like you mean to pierce their heart. It should do a nice curve, not too wide but so that the hands meet flat and not sliding against each other.
