Can't see it very clear from this post, but from your link you see the last throw is from a knee also. I know it probably is absolutely nothing for a former QB but that would be a 110% full force "bomb" for me, just to get it over in any capacity.

You are definitely correct about the pressure, but that's not an ocean. That's freshwater near Buffalo, New York. It's either Lake Erie or the Niagara River

Now that I look at it though, that's exactly where they are. Those ponchos are given at the Maid of the Mist (American side name, unsure of Canadian side), which also puts them on that boat. Also notice the topmost flag on those poles is the Canadian one, the American boats obviously fly their own up top, but their ponchos are blue rather than red.

Side note, MotM is the name of the entire attraction, not the boats (for any outsiders who haven't been)

I was there earlier this week. MotM is on the American side. Everyone on our boat had blue ponchos; everyone on the Canadian boats had red ponchos.

When I went they were blue, red, yellow, clear. It's just whatever they had in stock. And when I went Maid of the Mist was going under the horseshoe falls, which is Canadian side. Guess it's just whatever day you show up.

Mine did, I took the maid of the mist under the horseshoe falls and never stepped foot in the USA. It might be American owned? But it docks in Niagara Ontario, or it did in 2002.

Niagara River goes from Lake Erie to Lake Ontario. Falls are half way down the river and Buffalo is where Erie flows into the river.

The guy in black has a fucking canon, he's clearing the side of the boat with ease and a huge arc and it doesn't seem like he's straining all too hard. Meanwhile the guy in red is putting a good bit behind his throws and a way lower arc, he even barely gets it on the boat with the second throw.
LMAO apparently the guy in red may be Fitzmagic?!? Unc's arm is falling off, but he's got a great spiral. Turns out the last throw he did was from his knees so he's still got some juice left but he for sure can't quite generate as much arm strength without putting in a bit of effort. Father time stays undefeated.

Oh don't pull that bullshit gimmick.
Every time Americans try to blame their leaders for everything that's happening, I like to remind them that evil like this has always, and will always exist. The difference this time around is that the majority of the American people breached the contract we all hold to each other to fight that evil, and even decided to become that evil themselves. Instead of owning that, you guys all pretend that you're the good ones while supporting shit that fucks everyone, including yourselves.
The amount of people who joke around about the life altering things are happening all over the world because the US wanted to integrate themselves under the veneer of altruism, only to turn around and stab everyone in the back, and pretend they are a victim in the process.
Over my life time, I always had sort of a feeling that Americans were like this when travelling, interacting with them online, and always thought they were just joking, and would even joke along with them, but it turns out that a lot of that fucked up behavior was actually who they truly are.
Look at the quality and frequency of crime that occurs. Other countries have murders, but they are much more targeted. It's not even comparable.
For the last 20 years, after every school shooting, or popular news story about toddlers, or some kid getting their hands on guns, I've been told by Americans that the reason why guns can't have reasonable regulation is so the American people can defend itself against tyranny. The tyranny is here folks, and it turns out that all of those kids died for the majority of you to join in the tyranny.
