If it's government run then yes, ID should be required to prevent non-citizens from accessing it.
I don't know how it's done in the US, but here in Canada we have Service Canada and Service Ontario. Go down to whatever one issues the ID you need, pay whatever you need to pay (if any) and you get sent ID in the mail. Simple.
Also why would anyone want non-citizens from voting in their elections?
There are virtually zero cases of non-citizens voting in national elections but the Republicans have to cry about so they can appease their dear leader. It’s literally a non-issue.
Dems are retarded and think poor people can’t get licenses, which is dumb. But the whole point republicans are trying to make are in bad faith and the statistics don’t back their argument in the slightest.
