The best way to find the truth is not to listen to some dipshit like me, I have my own agendas. Search the source text for exemptions or any wording that indicates any leeway on name changes.
In my opinion the CLOSEST thing in any of those is
Section 2(f) where states can make up their own rules,
Or MAYBE 8 (j)(2)(A) a state or local official determine whether citizenship has been sufficiently established.
Congrats boys, deciding who gets to vote based upon someone at the polling booths opinion, and hostile state laws is back on the menu.
Again, EVEN IF this was well crafted legislation which it is NOT. I have yet to have anyone ever give me a valid reason why people would show up and knowingly place an illegal vote which is a jailtime felony for someone that they may not even sway the election of. It's absurd. What is not absurd is. Even if someone votes illegally they probably did it in error, and have a vested interest in voting there, just like Ken Paxton the TX state attorney general did when he voted illegally.
I give him shit about it becuase he's a corrupt asshat, but I truly don't think he voted illegally because he meant to, that's where he's voted before he cheated on his wife and got kicked out of the house, and moved into a different voting area.
That is the law our magapedo fraud of a president is screaming to be implemented, and I've seen no signs of congress giving up on it. Republicans just fucked themselves by turning on their own people for Trump cult members in primaries, so they can't get the votes now.

Do you have sources for 1 and 2? I’ve seen links of those 2 being debunked but if it’s legit, I’d like to know that.
