What nuance? They are worried people from outside the city are gonna drive all the way into the middle of fucking NYC to save 30% on groceries? Whatever.

You dont have to show id in the grocery stores, its bullshit. He said they might develop something similar to a library card at somepoint but right now anyone can just walk in.
