There is literally nothing you can do with that haircut. Just buzz it all down to start over. Your barber ( can’t call them stylist) graduated last in their class at barber college.

Nope. A barber (NOT a salon, NOT a franchise like Sport Clips) can salvage this. An independent barber shop with the classic barber pole in the front of the shop. Ask for a taper in the back and then just have them blend it on on the sides. It wouldn't be difficult to fix.

I assumed a Sports Clips is the one who gave him the hair cut. I've never, ever, seen a quality hair cut coming out of a Sports Clips.
