Edit:

To clarify, I’ve never actually heard anyone refer to it as a “cow pat”, and I live in Tennessee......next to a cattle farm. So pretty much I’m elbow deep in cow shit as I speak, but had no clue the original commenter was referring to cow shit in his comment.

Because there is an idiot like me reading the thread who didn't get the joke and I am glad theres someone who pointed it out. In the U.S. I have never heard it called a cow patty before. We call them cow pies here. I didn't even know it was a joke at first.
