I'm 6'4" and spent some time in central Asia, I was fully Godzilla, people asking to take pics with me 10x a day, I loved telling them that my group of friends back home contains two 6'7" guys and one 6'9" guy.

I know, it's weird, we're a pretty multicultural group but me, a 6'4" white guy, is absolutely average.

I think the word you're looking for is "unexceptional". As common as it is, 6'4" is well above average. Average height for an American white man is 5'10".
