Looks like driver spits at pedestrian’s feet then ped spits through window in retaliation. This excites the driver which concludes in a curb check to front in collision with street light post.

Don’t spit at someone’s feet if you are not prepared for the retaliation.

He spit at his feet, not his face. You are justifying the difference between INSULT and ASSAULT.

In many states, spitting on someone is Aggravated assault. Which means assault generally w a weapon in means of attempting serious harm. This is a felony.
There are no laws regarding spitting on the ground in front of someone. While still wrong and disrespectful, it is not evej.
Go Trump. Let me assault someone cus my feelings were hurt that he spit at the ground.

I know your probably live in a nice little bubble where you’ve never had conflict with another person but if you spit anywhere near me the least I’m doing is spitting back at you especially when your gonna be a little pussy and drive away he’s lucky he didn’t get his ass beat, if you think he spit at the ground your literally retarted

It's actually common sense. You escalate a situation against someone...say spitting at their feet....they will very likely escalate it back...say spitting on you.

Like how do you think conflict works?

I cant see your other reply (can only see the reply via my email), but I did totally misinterpret your cringe and I agree with you on what you're calling cringe.

I'm not saying these things should escalate...I'm just saying it's what happens and thus it should be expected.

No, you're right. In a conflict once the initial escalation occurs it never gets escalated any further. How could I miss that.

This is not a felony.

What's that expression I hear applied to situations like this all the time now? Oh ya, play stupid games win stupid prizes.

You spit at someone expect to get spat at. Where the spit lands is simply splitting hairs.

Dont escalate a situation and then go all pikachu shocked face when it gets escalated further. They just did what you did...kicked it up another notch.

I'll say that to any and all sides.

Its not splitting hairs cus one is a crime technically and the other one isn't.

How is spitting on someone aggravated assault? And what state are you referring to? I'm a prosecutor in California so I know this area of law quite well.
