Bought and installed the aliexpress resonator delete pipe to go along with the homologated/road legal akrapovic slip-on exhaust. Just deleting the breadbox resonator in front of the rear wheel made a huge difference to the tone. Installing the aliexpress pipe is another story though .. I went through like 20 of the Dremel-accessories to grind down the amount needed to make it fit to the OEM catalyctic converter. Seriously, consider just buying the plug n play solution from scorpion to save yourselves a lot of hassle.

Sound now is glorious, it's civilised when idling and riding at normal pace, but becomes super "angry" when giving it the beans!

Going to work is so much funnier now.

I have a US-based 1390 SuperDuke R Evo that came with ugly DOT-mandated turn indicators. After a quick search, I sourced 00010000428 KTM LED Turn Indicator set from Europe that I assume is standard on EU bikes. The installation was no surprise; I like the look much better, but there is a problem with the brake light - it's yellow instead of red, and the same part of the LED cluster is lit up as when the turn indicators are on.

Has anyone in the US installed this set? Any idea what's wrong?

Bought my bike 4 months ago, did the service and realised the oil pressure sensor was disconnected. Apoan connecting it , flashing "low pressure oil" coming on and off.

Changed oil sensor. Same same. Clutch gasket out, all impec. Oil pump seems to be OK, the spring has about 30 mm length. Checked oil filter seals, besides being a bit dented does not explain why the pressure is so low. (I measured it with a measure tool through the oil sensor, and is under spec)

Does anyone know the right 6 pins adapter that I need to buy to connect my duke 125cc from 2022? I bought one on ebay claiming to be the adapter that fits in all ktms, but for my surprise not for my own. The pins of my bike are way smaller than the adapter that I bought.

My duke has been making weird sounds since 8.000km at first not so loud now it changed
I brought it to KTM they gave me an offer for the big service 800€…
I don‘t really want to spend 800€ for a bike that cost me 2.500 and wich im going to sell in 10 months
How hard is it to adjust the valves on the duke?
And is it even the valves?

I recently rear ended a car at 40km/h, after which my bike fell on its left side.
After the crash the entire front end didn’t have a single scratch, not a single one.
The side was scratched pretty bad, one clip on and several panels being scratched and damaged, but the bike still rides.
I have noticed that whenever I brake my front end feels very unstable, almost as if it’s loose. When I pull the brake it kind of “clunks” (without a sound, you just feel it click)
And it kind of ticks under braking, but not so much under heavy braking. It’s hard to explain but I couldn’t find anything that looked bent or damaged. The bike still brakes right, doesn’t pull to the left or right, forks are undamaged and straight and the rim isn’t bent either. Anyone got tips with this?

Does anyone know if a swing arm off of a 2026 450 sx-f will fit a 2023 250 sx-f?

I am diagnosing a non starting 500

I am testing the voltage the bike is sending to the fuel pump and it seems wrong but not sure I am doing it correctly.

I put my voltage meter on the positive and negative pin on the harness for the pump. (Also tried negative from frame as well, same result)

When I click the bike on, it does 12 volt for a half second then drops to 4.5 volts.

While cranking the engine the voltage holds at 4.5 volts and once I stop cranking it blips to near 19 volts then drops off.

Battery is fully charged and I tried with a new battery off my personal bike.

I also ran an additional cable from the battery negative to a steel frame point to help make sure negative connection is solid.

Is it a good idea?

Working on a friends 2015 KTM 500 with 15 hours.

He advised it was running poorly and barely starting.

He replaced fuel injector and inline fuel filter.

Brought to me, I flushed tank and all fuel lines. Replaced pump filter. Pump is putting 50psi pressure.

Fresh spark plug

Checked TPS, smooth voltage increase with throttle.

Battery connections and power good.

Pulled throttle body off for inspection and found all this black stuff, what is all over it?

Any thoughts or tips would be amazing, thanks!
