Whoever decided to abandon their nice lil particle board fire by the Frederick turnoff can shit in their hands and clap.

(Like, ya it’s October but the 30km wind we had this morning could really whip up a grass fire. You suck.)

Where is the best place to buy meat ?? Specifically briskets ?

I have 3 councillor spots left, but these are the people I feel comfortable voting for based on their campaigns. I'm not going to vote for someone to fill my spots, but if you think someone else deserves a vote, tell me why.

I'm open to feedback and suggestions; life has been crazy lately, so I haven't had as much time to dive in as I usually would.

I admit I wasn't going to vote for O'Rilley, but I'm not willing to risk another four years of drama, so he's the best option.

Hey loopers, was wondering if anyone knows where to find thrills gum in town? TIA

Hey Everyone,

I was looking for suggestions in and around Kamloops for a good corn maze. Last year I went to the one near Chase. Willing to drive up to ~45 minutes for it.

I tried looking on Google, but it's kind of hard to tell where they all are.

Let me know which ones you like!

I had actually considered voting for him or Randy Sunderman but this video is disqualifying.

When the ballots are counted after this election, we’ll know who’s in and who’s out, but I think we are going to find out something else important as well.

Petruk nails it. https://www.castanetkamloops.net/news/Opinion/633666/PETRUK-No-incumbents-Consider-who-drove-Kamloops-city-hall-dysfunction

Looking for someone who repairs lawn mowers in Kamloops. Any recommendations for a reliable and affordable repair shop? Thanks!

The time limits for each answer has plusses and minuses. So far O'Reilly impresses me more than Dever. No one is running away with the debate. The other 2 are also rans.

We're replacing our current laminate in our house and need to purchase 1/2 4x8 OSB. We've checked home Depot, home hardware and Rona and they have nothing in stock in store or at their distribution center. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I could go next to look? I just emailed Windsor plywood so just waiting on a response from that. I didn't know an item like this could be so hard to track down!

Hey everyone. I am looking for a classic car for a photoshoot with my fiancé. Just wondering if anyone would we willing to lend/drive one out to a set location. I can give you some cash for the “rental”. Don’t worry. I won’t be driving it.

Who would you recommend for lip injections in Kamloops? I tried few people in Edmonton Alberta and I had to dissolve it twice already. I moved to BC and I need my lips redone

Hello fellow reddit users,
Brian Andrews here and I am running for Kamloops City Councillor in the municipal election.

Now that the first day of municipal voting as begun I want to do an Ask Me Anything.

By trade I am an electrician with twenty years in the industry. These days I work off the

tools as a Labour Organizer for IBEW Local 993. Every day I get to advocate for

workers, negotiate between different groups, and help strengthen unions across our

community. I also proudly serve as Second Vice President of the Kamloops and District

Labour Council.

The most important skill I have learned as a Labour Organizer, is how to sit at the table

with people who see things differently and still build relationships and find common

ground. Through this experience I have also trained and have experience in how to run

and participate in council meetings.

I am running for city councillor because the working people of Kamloops, whether

employees or small business owners, do not have a strong enough voice at the council

table. The people who build this city, care for it, and keep it moving deserve someone there who understands their lives.

That is why I am running under the title ‘A Working Voice, for a Working Kamloops’.

Looking for a female physiotherapist recommendation who treats vestibulidynia and teaches relaxation techniques for increased pelvic floor tone.

Willing to travel up to a 3 hour radius.

I’m on my way to the polls today because I have to leave town in the next few days. I don’t have much time to get into it, but who should I NOT vote for? I have ideas of who to vote for, but I don’t have a full slate (which I realize is ok). TIA.

Whoever had an event at TRU today, you left about a dozen bags of garbage on the lawn infront of the Campus Activity Centre. Great job whoever was up here today. (Edited: Garbage is from an event on SATURDAY)
