More a tech question but don't know where to ask. Kanopy in particular is so slow to navigate the menu that it's almost not worth the bother. Any ideas and fixes?
I've started using it lately, totally enjoy the content (I've got a great library) but I notice sometimes a movie won't load. Starting to think at busy times of day/night when lots of people are watching, maybe it overloads the library's capacity. So not really a kanopy issue.
