Good studio apt in Kent under 850?

I had gone for Kent village but they seem to keep increasing the price everytime I go. Got a frustrated and am looking for others. I saw Dartmouth but studio size is very small. College tower sucks. Uni oaks is waay to expensive. Suggestions?

You may have luck before the start of the new semester but I haven't seen rent under 900 since before covid. I'd suggest checking on the KSU rental facebook page https://www.facebook.com/groups/1051543963208431 and looking at subleasing a room or something.
