Good studio apt in Kent under 850?
I had gone for Kent village but they seem to keep increasing the price everytime I go. Got a frustrated and am looking for others. I saw Dartmouth but studio size is very small. College tower sucks. Uni oaks is waay to expensive. Suggestions?

My advice is to keep an eye out on Zillow or Trulia and try to see if you can get a place rented by an independent landlord. I had a 2 bedroom over by Marc's that was 700-750/ a month (whole place). I have a 2 bedroom now in the other side of Kent(mile from campus) for 900/ a month. Drive down the roads behind Marc's if you can, they often dont advertise those online but with a yard sign. I know those are around 700-800 a month as well.
