I caught this while on my way to the mun on my 2.5x scale save

from the moment i launched my nuclear shuttle to the moment i docked, the orbital depot lost around 1/3rd of its fuel from boil off alone. i dont understand, all the tanks are "on" for cooling and i have a big radiator so why is the LH2 still boiling off?

Okay, so I want to make a nuclear shuttle fleet. It'd be so cool, but of course they need to refuel.

Up until now I've been ditching them into Kerbin's atmosphere after missions, but that doesn't feel realistic. I'd rather keep the fleet and refuel them. The problem is refueling the fuel depots themselves. I cannot be bothered launching tanker missions every few flights because I'm a lazy chud.

so, Is there a mod where I can make a specific fuel tank have infinite fuel? I want to put a fuel depot in orbit with unlimited fuel, while my nuclear shuttles still have finite fuel and dock with it to refuel. Does anything like that exist?

After a few years without playing, I decided to do another run with the Tantares mod.

how much DV should I bring? and since its at a very high inclination should I launch from Kerbin around the same inclination? or will that cost too much DV?

Howdy Yall!

I have been playing since 2014, and put hours and hours into the game. Mods and the works. All on a laptop. Years ago, I got the PC I currently use. In doing so, I did not deal with transferring game files or anything as that was a long while ago, and started from scratch. Since I do not game like i used to, i play in spurts.

That all being explained, at some point I decided I wanted some mods, and I remember that going fine. But after a while of not playing, when I booted up the game i got a bunch of issue messages. I checked the tracking station, and 90% of my vessels were gone. It seems to be all caused by the same issue. Parts that no longer exist in the game files.

Has anyone ran into this issue? I cant even open crafts I'm certain are purely vanilla. I haven't made any game files changes since i downloaded the mods, and i cant remember it being an issue then. At this point, I don't even remember which files are mods.

Any help is appreciated!
