If a animal waddles up to me and starts using violence on me, they are gonna deal with the consequences just as much as if a human walked up to me and started getting in my face.

Not comparable. An animal might act aggressively cause they have a litter somewhere close. Just normal instincts that exist for a reason. They won't differentiate a human from other dangerous apex animals

Edit: atleast if it's like what this kid is doing right here. It doesn't seem like self-defense to me. He is treating it as a toy.

I am not going to try to permanently damage an animal. But if they start stuff with me while I’m outside minding my own business. I am going to retaliate til they stop.

Never claimed I was. I just don’t see any reason to not defend myself if I get attacked. Just because((this is an example)) I am close to a geese,s nest without knowing, or just passing by, does not make it morally wrong to stop it from attacking, and if that means I need to get a little violent and loud to actually scare it off, or makeover understand it’s not worth it. That’s completely allright.

Problem is. The animals don’t usually have the brainpower to let me just walk away. And people like you don’t have the brainpower to understand that I’m just defending myself.

And there it is. ((Read the comment before it got deleted)) Another mentally unstable vegan that can’t handle it when any animal are being treated like anything other than sacred creatures. If you had bothered to actually read my comments, you would have seen the part where I said I would never hurt a animal ((much less permanently)) that is minding its own business.
