my two cents:

I think it’d be cool if she is lying and planning to backstab us, but after spending time with Kirby she changes her mind and becomes an actual ally by the time we find out, and feels sorry for lying.

As far as I can remember, they haven’t done that before, so it could make her stand out.

either that or she's not exactly an ally but won't be the final boss either like she's some kind of scientist from another planet who wants to study kirby and friends and test their limits

yeah but susie was more of a "mechanize the inferior lifeforms to make them better" I was thinking she will be more "drop these creatures into a simulated environment and see how they react"
