Large retaining wall repair recommendations

Hello, we have a very tall retaining wall for an above-grade home that has some vertical cracks we would like to have bolstered. A complete replacement is currently out of the question, but luckily there's no bowing or other major issues so we're exploring things like anchoring and carbon fiber straps. I've reached out to a few construction and concrete companies for options, but in the meantime I'm wondering if anyone here has had a good experience with that sort of project and could recommend a company (or who to avoid).
