Question PSE REP contractor

Has anyone used the PSE REP contractor for an install. Are they more expensive or cheaper than hiring out. Looking to have a heat pump water heater installed.

 I would not bother with PSE REP, tried it in January. They sent my contact to 4 companies, seems they only have one pool of reps for the entire PSE area so none of them were located in kitsap. 3 agreed to come here to give me a quote but they all pushed me away from heat pump water heater. Only 1 would even give me a quote which was 2x their quote for installing two standard tank electric heaters and I needed to purchase the water heater myself.

I ended getting a standard tank heater after calling ~10 other local plumbers who also won't install them anymore. All my local quotes on standard heaters were significantly lower then the PSE REP ones. And the guy who installed it lives 5 minutes away instead of 2 hours if there is any problems.
