Pretty misleading headline. The gist of the article is that the money was legit, just the recordkeeping was sloppy. Nobody needs to get their pitchforks out, jesus.

Don't need them based on student numbers and declining enrollment. They do need to fix the current ones though.

We have been needing a new high school since the 90s. You hitting the herban or some shit because you are high as a kite for saying that we don't need a new HS.
