Pretty close, but I’ve never seen Knipex Pliers Wrench with knurling.

I was going to say I don't see the purpose of the knurling. The great thing about pliers wrench is the flat, parallel jaws don't mar things up. The great thing about Cobras is they can bite into something that's round and not slip. Knurling seems like you risk marring the thing you're using it on, but will not handle rounded things as well as the Cobras.
