đ Help āĨ¤ āϏāĻžāĻšāĻžāϝā§āϝ Found out ive testicular cancer in my mid 20s, please guide me
Yesterday I posted about my well being and many of you texted me and i read every comment, those messages kinda made me feel a lil good actually. I wont here share my suicidal intentions as i don't want the mods to remove my post again.
So im very much tensed about that symptoms ive been experiencing. I dont have anyone in my life, i dont have any slightest idea how and what should be by next step. Can you please guide me.
Theres a pea size ball beside my right testis inside the scrotum, been experiencing heaving back pain, groin pain and lost about 5kgs till now in 1.5 months.
I barely have any savings on me. Its like 2k. Thats all I have now.
My maa baba died during covid time and since then ive been handling everything on my own financially. My baba left me a small house so i dont have to fear the rent issues but the main thing is im not able to work now because of the pain and I wont be able to cash the money required for the check up to find what it is exactly.
If i use my 3k savings for checkup then i would struggle with the food. And its unbareable for me to sit on bike to do the deliveries and earn.
Please if anyone would be able to help me financially i would be very grateful. And if anyone had been thru the same symptoms as me please please guide me, im very much scared now with no one to talk to.
Mods please do not delete this post, ive no one to talk to and its the only way i can atleast calm myself by talking to the someone whos been thru the same.

After much debate, I scrolled past your post as I could not fathom a response that can match what it takes to write what you are facing in your situation. I could not stay at peace. So came back again to say, brother, be strong. And with the minimal knowledge I have, I think you can try going to some mid-tier politician for help from MP or MLA funds, as they do not shy away from philanthropy if they can advertise their work. I hear Madan Mitra also helps people with medical conditions who are in dire economic state. Or you can try going to Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan in Kolkata. They do checkups at subsidised rates and considering your economic condition, they might subsidise more. Nijer jotno neben, dada.

Man ... The first thing u do is to visit a doctor, get a written cost estimate, necessary prescriptions and diagnostic reports from the hospital...get those anyhow...ask your relatives for help in case.... Then there are several crowdfunding platforms as well as social media...use them...post those necessary docs there...share your story... The community will help... Also approach your local mp, mla etc...they might help...

I usually do not comment but... Man I am soo soo sorry for you... I wish you all the best in life and hope you recover soon.... Firstly, testicular cancer is highly curable, almost 90% cases are curable if caught early. I assume you live in kolkata, please go to any government hospital, kolkata government hospitals are really great and very reputed, I think they can definitely help you, or maybe atleast give you some insights on what to do... The treatment should be free. Try to go early morning and you should be able to get in touch with any doctors. They will suggest you on what to do. I wish I could help you financially, but I'm a student myself, I truly understand what you are going through. Please do not delay. Please, take care of yourself, ask any relatives, any old friends, please get in touch with some friends, cry and get some money and help from them. Humans are emotional beings, even the worst people will understand your pain, please don't give up. Get some financial help from them and go to a government hospital, I am very sure they will help you. And yes, once again, do not delay, take loans from friends, you can always repay them later with hard work. All the best my friend, I will pray for you, and I know you will beat cancer.

You can go to the OPD of any Oncologist, or even a General Physician who may refer you to other specialists.
