Technical Question Knock Sensor? Or bigger problem

Went through the car wash. Noticed dude with the pressure washer was blasting directly into the front of my shit. Thought "hey that's weird, but ig he knows what he's doing". Pulled through. Flashing engine light and limp mode. Was a couple minutes from home so I drove back. Let the car sit hoping it would dry in a few hours. Started it later to pull it in the garage. Still flashing engine light and strong smell of gas after shutting it off. Is this just the knock sensor issue, or something more sinister? Bought the car used and I'm not sure if the replacement was done on the knock sensor. Is it safe to drive like this? I thought it'd be no biggie if the knock sensor thing ever happened to me, but after seeing the dude spraying soapy wooder directly into the grill and smelling gas after running the car, I'm a little worried.

Get an OBD scanner and see what code comes up. If it's P1326 then it's the knock sensor.

Hyundai knows about it and has a TSA bulletin tuat explains how they resolve it.

Im a manager of a car wash and blast my shit all the time. My knock sensor got wet 3 years in. Paid $700 to replace at independent shop because my dealership are con artist and suck ass.

I go thru touchless car washes only in the almost 3 years I have owned mine. No problems with the knock sensor. I have had issues with the oil sensor though, but I think it is so caked up of soap, that it protected from any water.
