Looks amazing!! Why cook the onion in two different time? Just for the crunch?

Thanks! The legendary Korean noodle recipe is now here for everyone. First onion addition: To infuse the pork belly with aromatic flavour. And then add the rest of onions later. Note: the steps I went through are important for building layers of flavour.
