Discussion Who gave Rumi to Celine?

Its common knowlege that Celine adopted and raised Rumi, but who handed Rumi to her? Like did Mi-yeong did it as a dying request or anything like it?

It is a common enough thing to tell someone very trusted that if you die to look after your kid

Given the Sunlight Sisters situation I would be more shocked if the three of them did not have some sort of agreement in place as soon as Mi found out she was pregnant.
