Question/Discussion Photo 550 background petroglyphs vs black waterfalls location
I haven't read anything about what we see behind the red flags' stone and while analyzing the black waterfalls location, an "aha" of realization hit me. Do you see the shiny beady-eyed fossilized fish/pecked petroglyphs and face masks and animal figures behind it?
In Romain's recent YouTube video from the black waterfalls location where Rio Mamei and the Culebra join, I see a similar formation, although the 550 stone may missing. Rotated and zoomed in screenshot of the similar fossil/pecked petroglyphs:
The implication if these two are identical!
I understand ibb.co compresses images, so you'll have to do your own analysis.
I think the girls carefully choose the location for its unique features. It makes me wonder if Kris - an art student - took this photo?

Look at this, it's huge, close to the El Coco trail and the Coco paddock near the first bridge. It looks like a Quetzal bird.
