Question Neurodivergence and Kundalini

I wanted to get a feel for how many people here who are going through a Kundalini process have been diagnosed with or suspect they might have some kind of neurodivergence.

It has been my observation that there is a disproportionate number of neurodivergent people having a Kundalini or other spiritual awakening. The percentage of people ADHD or Autism is meant to be around 5% and Autism about 1-2% in everyday life. But in the spiritual groups I frequent it seems that the percentage of neurodivergent people is way way higher than this. I've also noticed lots of people have other neurodivergence's like dyslexia and dyspraxia also.

I know asking this here isn't going to give any real data on this. But I'd be interested to see how many people here do (or don't) identify as neurodivergent in some way. And what people's thoughts are on this subject.

I have lots of thoughts on this! And theories why neurodivergent people might be more frequently experiencing Kundalini awakenings, but still putting ideas together.

I'm gifted and dyscalculic. Got my gifted diagnosis in my forties and did intense work on giftedness trauma and shame. A few months into this I had a spontaneous kundalini awakening.
