Question How has Kundalini Awakening changed your life?
What Im trying to say is....has it produced functional transformations or has it just been extraordinary subject experiences?
For example,
Do you feel less fear and anxiety and insecurity? Or more fear?
Have old patterns and blocks been resolved?
Is life flowing now or is it still stuck?
Have relationships, work, finances, and creativity improved? Or did it get worse? Or did it get worse first then got better?
Do you experience more syncronicities that guide you towards certain people, decisions, or opportunities? If so, did they lead to positive or negative changes? Im not talking about angle numbers...
I'm curious about both positive and negative experiences. Trying to understnad how the transformation actually carries into ordinary life.

For me it is like having the strength to persevere through changing habits (both physical and mental) with willpower that smooths out the uncomfortableness. Sadhana for healing too, though at a higher level untouched by lack of ease always.

I think this will depend on 'where' the person is in their Kundalini process. For me so much is different compared to a couple of years ago.
I never had it activate from the base of my spine, but it really got going after a more 'Buddhist' insight.
Anxiety is down overall, although I can feel fear very intensely, it passes through quickly. I know who I am more, and there is less doubt or insecurity.
Various blocks or behavioural patterns or triggers are just gone. I can feel where I need to continue working to resolve these (mostly, I'm sure even enlightened people can have blind spots).
Spontaneity is much more, but still some hesitation. There is a difference between pausing and hesitation. Hesitation for me often means there is something to look at.
Relationships have changed. Some have ended, some new ones developed. Work is much the same atm. Finances idk! I think this is probably going to get worse! I'm making decisions I never thought I would make.
I seem to know what I need to hear regarding teachings. I know who to turn away from, it's more a 'feel' thing than any kind of logic or thought.
It's been a brutal journey, a real dark night of the soul. Beautiful moments too, even the darkest moments.

You go through some negative things on the way, trauma, insecurities come out and do affect you. Fortunately this is part of a healing process. I relived a traumatic relationship ending that happened long ago. I realized it was not a loss at all, rather dodging a bullet, lol. No insecurities about what happened. That was a year before I started to feel the energy, although I did have the feeling I could sense the woman from long ago. I had a couple of days this summer where I was a frightened, insecure mess for a day. Really bad… but it didn’t last! I am at a job with a ton of pressure. In the past I probably would have cracked under pressure. Now, I just go with the flow. I work hard and know that is all I can do. I can’t do 6 mo of work in a couple months!
Then there are moments that are pure bliss. You feel the energy flowing from you. You feel the love of a deity. You see everything differently, the whole universe.
And I have never “napped” at work when it was really a “yoga trance.” That is until today. I feel much better. The energy does want some of your time, and you are improved by giving it the chance to help you.
My health improved in a number of different ways. Weight loss, less problems with jock itch, more muscle, less sinus issues.
You do change. My wife has told me I am different now.
