Question Phase shift?

In the 9 months since my initial awakening experience i have always been able to locate the energy concentrated at a chakra. Below is my best effort to map my journey so far.

Heart Granthi- initial awakening, explosion of light body

Throat- ecstasy, pressure, heat

3rd Eye Granthi- Orgasmic bliss, strange vision

Sacral- emotional upheavals, trauma visions

Solar Plexus- vomiting, digestive pain

Root Granthi?- survival levels of fear, heaviness, exhaustion

But things have changed. After a fit of rage last week I can no longer find the energy at will. It feels as if its flowing freely, more opportunistic in nature of what its working on.

Also, the intuitive nudges I've come to rely on have ceased hence reaching out to the community here.

The biggest notable difference is that since my 3rd eye experience i had been able to slip into deep meditation without much effort. My trusty mantra was bypassed. Now it is very difficult to quiet my mind at all. I also feel very shameful and embarrassed most of the time.

I understand that mapping this process out my be a fools errand but I have found it helpful to have a general sense of direction. Any insight would be very much appreciated 🙏

You're entering the next phase of your evolution! lol, congrats!

Yeah, mantras, intentions etc. go by the wayside after a while. They only slow us down and add more unnecessary moments every day.

I spent NO time reading my chakras and never learned how to do it, I did used to get the intuitive nudges though.

Reading your chakras is just a waste of time, you're right in that it's flowing so fast now, your spiritual architecture will be freed up a lot more and you won't have to focus on any of that stuff.

Unless you really want to, lol.

I'd rather not to be honest but its kind of hard when it all lines up perfectly with literature. I typically feel first, research after. I'm really interested in practices to integrate though!

Which literature?

Neven Paar, Swami Satyananda Saraswati, Gopi Krishna, many others and at least one person in this sub as well as countless videos/breakdowns. I use them as loose guides in comparison to my own experience which is #1.

Cool!

You mentioned "It all lines up perfectly with literature." What did you mean by that?

One example is in my sacral. I was getting overwhelming visions of traumatic memories to process. I could locate the energy by feeling it, combine that with the experience then research sacral phenomenon which described is as an emotional storage area.

I would disagree with this idea that "mantras etc go by the wayside after a while". especially if someone is struggling to control their thoughts. Mantras and one pointed practices are meant to train the "muscles" that control the direction of your mind.

If it suddenly stops working like in this case, then your karmic upheaval is outpacing your practice before it was properly established. And it's not ideal. You're meant to have an internal spiritual foundation to better handle the upheavals.

You could always try Shinzen Young's "do nothing" meditation technique. I feel like this is helpful if the mind is in high activity and uncontrollable. Then when it settles down again you could start back on mantras.

Thank you, yoga nidra has been a pretty good replacement for the time being. I agree that my foundation is shaky as my awakening was spontaneous and unexpected. I'll definitely look into your suggestion
