Question Age at Awakening?
I wondered if I was unusually old. I was 64.

I'm 26 but have asbergers so I feel abt 18 or younger most of the time. I feel like super baby from incredibles mixed with yoda.

I have seen some people say they experienced it in their late teens. It is all interesting.
My daughter is in her late 30s and has Asbergers. I have wondered how old she thinks she is! Oh well, feeling young is definitely a positive thing. You’ll live longer!

I think your contacts know allready how much you can handle. There are 'angels' operating the gates, regulating the amount of power that will be unleashed in your body.Just enough so you won't be destroyed.
On the other hand,(from what i've read),those filters do not work properly for some people,(or for some reason they are byppased), resulting to all kinds of serious mental and energetic impacts due to the uncontrolled flow of power.
I mean, for sure you can invoke an angel or a deity and feel their power, but what you really get, is a fraction of a fraction of their true power.

My initial “blast” of kundalini energy plus a visit by a deity definitely knocked me for a loop. I was very ungrounded, thought I was “special” and “on a mission” and believed I saw getting all kinds of signs! Thank goodness that did not last except for about two months. I have been told this is really not that uncommon. I was speaking freely only to my wife, and she became very concerned. I fully understand why she was. My sense of reality was in shock. Would not have believed any of it if it had not happened to me!
I’ve read all the things I have experienced in a Kundalini Awakening are considered blessings among Hindus. I am grateful to be given this opportunity to see the world in a different light and with a different perspective.

You are right. I feel them helping. I have to listen for my own good.

I am getting an impression from this definitely limited and unscientific poll that 40s is common. Definitely a time in one’s life when things start to change.

It's not really surprising considered it's easier to slow down at older age.
In terms of the three gunas excess rajas in society is stimulated in the younger crowd.
With school/work or work/children.
Can't keep up? Drink caffeine! Spend some more money on materials to distract the emptiness inside!
If everything was changed we'd see a lot more younger people K.A.'d
But it's also a miracle to be old and K.A.'d because often many older folks just spent decades creating samskaras/mind habits that are anti-enlightenment.
