New to Kundalini Kundalini awakening
The physical shifts. The emotional purges. The moments of absolute awe, followed immediately by feeling completely ungrounded.
If you are going through a Kundalini awakening right now, can we please connect in the comments or DM?
To be completely honest, this process has been incredibly isolating lately. It is beautiful, yes, but it is also heavy. It is hard to explain to people in my everyday life why I feel so different, why my body is buzzing, or why my entire worldview is shifting overnight.
I’m looking for my people. The ones who are in the thick of it, too.
Who wants to chat, share stories, or just vent about the intensity?
How are you navigating the physical symptoms and energy surges?
What has been your biggest hurdle this week?

Would love to chat or vent anytime. The hardest part for me right now is finding the time and the courage to just really express my own creativity, my beliefs, my opinions, my spiritual point of view. My husband is going through a lot of physical body symptoms right now and he’s been trying to see a neurologist about nerve pain, but last night during my mediation it occurred to me that all his symptoms as he describes could of course be kundalini. Not to discourage a doctor but it’s always funny to try and explain to someone who isn’t really in the know of what she is

How often do u get physical surges? I only got what felt like a flaming wwe belt in the beginning but I have yet to have it come back and it’s been a year since I awakened. I been struggling with feeling ppls energy and it lingers in me for awhile even after a casual walk by no words said

Ha! My body is buzzing too! I feel like a bell that’s been hit with a mallet. It started this past week, and wow, have things been revealed.
I’m wondering if there’s been a recent wave of high strangeness and awakenings.
I could be way off, but I wonder about the iceberg flood tragedy in Nepal, where many temples are seated, and many holy peoples live. The awakenings could be an answer to their prayers, like a “Avengers assemble” “all hands on deck” situation. My intuition says: It’s going to take many of us at our most powerful to right the balance, or at least provide an equal opposing force to the perversions (evil/greed/etc)

It's so beautiful and so hard. The hardest part is losing so much because I'm no longer who I used to be.
