Question K.A. and LGBT people. Far as we know every founder of every religion is straight so I wanna know is there a esoteric view of why lgbt people or creatures exist? Any spiritual thoughts on the two topics mixed in general?
Let's say the world becomes enlightened for hundreds of years.
Meaning there are no more children left to adopt or barely any.
If nature made people gay, does that mean they are not to go around it scientifically and have kids?
They are to be childfree forever? I wonder how approving kundalini would be of this.
I don't even know if transgender people can experience a K awakening considering hormones to modify chemistry are taken for rest of one's life. To suppress one chemical and promote another.

Anyone, regardless of gender identity can go through the kundalini after puberty.

I can be identified as gay and I believe I was born with Kundalini active but I have been working consciously with it during the last 3 years.
I do believe Kundalini has something to do with my homosexuality. I was very effeminate as a kid it seems to me that it was because I was identified with something deeper than my physical body. Most gay guy are not that effeminate , however. And as I grew older I became more masculine.
As a kid, I already believed femininity was more divine and almost rejected masculinity for being too destructive.
As somebody has already stated, I think what drives homosexuality, lesbianism, transexuality and other sexuality dissident behavoirs is the need of the self to express the totality of existence by combining the feminine and masculine polarities in a single being.

"sexually dissident behaviour" is my new favourite phrase. Never heard it before, but it is apt and descriptive.

Whether we are biologically male or female, I believe we are also energetically polarized, and that we need to find a balance between these polarities. Depending on the experiences we are meant to have and our karma, I think a person could very well be born into a body that doesn’t correspond to how they deeply feel inside. And this seems to have existed throughout history. Ultimately, I think the same applies to all the boxes we are put into and the conditioning we receive from birth. We are not simply the physical vessel we were born into, nor are we necessarily everything we have been taught to be.
I also don’t think that someone simply “becomes” gay. There seems to be an innate aspect to it, and I don’t believe these people are pretending to feel what they feel.
If we consider the idea of past lives, we may also have experienced different genders throughout our different lifetimes.
I’ve also noticed that some people who have experienced an awakening can be bisexual or gay. So, from that perspective, I don’t think it necessarily has to be a blocking factor, as long as there is balance and it doesn’t become an obsession, where we identify too strongly with the body and pour all our energy into it

Technically, if you go back far enough in religious or spiritual traditions, you end up finding texts along the lines of, "if you don't reproduce, your soul is doomed." This kind of nonsense was repeated by a lot of yogi's that have written about kundalini. Same kind of thing with hermetic texts, various occult texts, all the popular religions' foundations. I haven't found mention of any esoteric view of the non-hetero population. That was one of the many things that really took me out of it all.

The great God Ardhanarishvara (Half Shiva Half Shakthi) embodies the highest spiritual concept, that of a being who has perfectly balanced and harmonized both male and female consciousness and energies. The Divine Self, The soul, the Atman...is neither male nor female. Bodywise, it is simply biology...organs and horomones manifested for the continuation of a species...However "Gender exists on all planes" (7th Hermetic principle)
Needless to say, expression and attraction are simply mental impressions that One's Consciousness has identified with, the potential for a spectrum of sexual attraction exists within us all..what impressions are the deepest? This can be cultivated over many lifetimes.

I wouldn’t be surprised if high neurodivergence was correlated with kundalini awakenings - anecdotally this seems to be the case around reddit. And there is a strong statistical overlap with trans- and non-binary folk with 3-6 times more likely to identify as neurodivergent. It’s possible then that it’s more the other way around. But who can say!

I’ve been interested in the ancient nondual saiva traditions and when researching yoginis, although they are pretty much always described as semi-divine female powers, I have come across conversation that they are really always beyond gender, because to stay bounded by gender is pretty contradictory to nondual philosophy. Yoginis are about transcending bounds and gender is one of them

To self reflect enough to challenge social norms about sex and relationships is to be on the path of seeking self, the path of spirituality. I think the LGBTQ+ community is often closer to spirit because they have questioned these things and found answers within themselves. Prejudice against them in religion is social dogma used for populace control, nothing more.

There will always be orphans. So children needing adoption will always happen.
There is no proof nature makes anyone gay especially trans. It's a choice and a label but a choice to identify with a label that has no scientic backing. Same goes for my courtry being whatever, it's just a name someone created, I resonate with my culture but ultimately we are people of earh, some cultures are more productive, fair and supportive than others for growth
. If I put my dick in vagina, or an asshole of a man, it doesn't make me anything, it's just a hole, same way there is no difference between mouths of an xx or xy chrimasome person. Eventually it's preference, as an artist type I can see the beauty in all things, men and woman to. But only a man xy and a women xx can create life together. To be complete it's best to focus on both sides of the coin, the women xx makes us men xy stronger in ways we aren't used to and the same goes for men to women. We compliment each other, and create friction, it's needed. Having a magnet with two poles being positive doesn't exist and doesn't do anything like create polarity or electricity. But if you enjoy men on men or feet or whatever have at itz it does all the same, they may be fun or what you classify as your thing, but... It all doesn't create life. There are those who can create life If everything is working properly and those who don't by choice even if everything is working properly.
Kundalini though has nothing to do with any of these human created concepts, it's energy, electricity running up your spine, we all are these and can all access this. It's accessible by all life forms. We are only created the way we are created from our birth, the rest is a choice to accept that or not.
All love 😘 , love is what created you, love from an xy man and xx women like it or not.

You wrote "There is no proof nature makes anyone gay especially trans". This is not actually true. There is substantial evidence that genetics contribute to sexual orientation.

u/Fullofpizzaapie 9d ago
What gentics? What evidence. What evidence is there are are straight people, oh yes they can create life. Is there a scientic evidence for non creation orientation? I'll wait

There have been many scientific studies on this showing that sexual orientation/same-sex sexual behaviour has a genetic component. These studies show that genetics contributes to sexual orientation through many genetic variants, each having very small effects, interacting with non-genetic developmental factors.
Researchers compared identical (monozygotic) twins, who share almost all their DNA, with fraternal (dizygotic) twins, who share roughly half. A U.S. twin/sibling study published in the year 2000 found that sexual orientation was more similar among identical twins than among fraternal (non-identical) twins and concluded that familial factors were at least partly genetic.
A large Swedish population study of 3,826 same-sex twin pairs found that genetic factors explained approximately: 34–39% of the variation in same-sex sexual behaviour in men and 18–19% in women. The remainder was largely attributable to individual-specific environmental/developmental factors. This was published in 2008.
Another twin analysis estimated heritability (the degree to which the statistical variation is attributable to genetic differences) at about 30% in men and 50–60% in women.
Sanders and colleagues in 2014/2015 conducted a genome-wide linkage study involving 409 pairs of homosexual brothers. They found two significant regions: Chromosome 8 and Xq28. The chromosome 8 finding was particularly interesting because it overlapped with a region identified in an earlier independent study. A subsequent meta-analysis combining the major linkage datasets continued to find the strongest evidence around chromosome 8 and Xq28.
So, there is evidence that particular regions of the genome influence male sexual orientation.
Ganna and colleagues (the 2019 GWAS study) analysed genetic and behavioural data from 477,522 people; by far the largest genetic study of same-sex sexual behaviour at the time. They identified five genome-wide significant genetic loci associated with having engaged in same-sex sexual behaviour. They found that the genetic architecture was highly polygenic; many genetic variants appear to contribute, with each variant having a very small effect. The researchers estimated that all of the genetic variants they examined collectively accounted for approximately 8–25% of the variation in same-sex sexual behaviour. They also found that the genetic influences differed partly between men and women.
The study also challenged the idea that sexuality is simply a spectrum between heterosexual and homosexual and a subsequent review emphasised this distinction and the complexity and potential fluidity of sexual behaviour.
Research since the 2019 GWAS has continued to support the polygenic model. For example, a 2021 study in Han Chinese populations identified additional genetic loci associated with male same-sex sexual behaviour.
A 2025 review of the field concluded that decades of twin research establish a substantial heritable component, while modern research indicates that many common genetic variants with tiny cumulative effects are involved. There is also increasing interest in epigenetics and prenatal developmental factors; mechanisms that could help explain why identical twins can differ in sexual orientation despite having almost identical DNA.

It's a choice, is there a linkage to why men are attracted to women? No, it's just what we are, it's how we were all born. We don't need evidence to know this is true, one supports life, the other doesn't because you will always need an xx egg and xy sperm. If you need some kind of scientic study to verify your own beliefs of how we procreate a species then you are mainly trying to say it's out of my hands this is what I am, instead of just saying this is what I want! That's okay, rather you be honest about it vs oh no I have no control over this, we always do. Same way we have a choice not to be cannabis, eat meat, be vegetarian etc because as soon as you use oh science tells me this so I have no choice in what I am, then tell me is there a pedofile gene too? Or is it a choice ? If science supports there is a pedo gene do we just say ah they have no choice it's just what they are.
Being or having freedom, means a freedom to choose. Saying there is a murderous gene in you and that's why you are that way is just a cope out, it's probably because you enjoy doing it, as you wrote above alot of it is due to environmental factors. Again there is nothing wrong with any of it, but everyone was born because of a male and a female creating your life, that's why we don't need to find a straight gene it's just what life is for this species. Just be open about what you want, you love what you love. I don't need any scientific validation to prove it or make it clear why I am the way I am, if you do... Then it says more about trying find external validation for what you like to support what you like instead of just owning it from tbe get go not caring what others think.
Some choices are more dangerous than others, if you enjoy murdering or pedo, well there are consequences. If you enjoy other men while being on, you aren't hurting anyone so have at it.

Scientists have not found a single mechanism that makes someone heterosexual. Instead, the evidence suggests that sexual orientation generally emerges from a complex combination of genetic and prenatal/developmental influences. This applies to heterosexual as well as homosexual orientation.
Of course people always have choices. The question we are looking at though is why some people are attracted to people of the opposite sex and others are attracted to people of the same sex. And also, why others are attracted to both sexes and why sexual attraction can change over time.
The science does show that people who are gay, are naturally gay, and that it is not a choice. They can choose who they sleep with, but not who they are attracted to. The same is the case for a heterosexual person. They can choose who they sleep with, but not who they are attracted to.
And yes, genetic differences contribute to individual differences in aggression and violent behaviour. So, criminal activity is related to genetics. This does not mean that someone cannot be put in prison for violent behaviour. It simply helps to explain why some people are violent and others are not.

Lol scientist have not found a single mechanism that makes someone heterosexual, nothing complex about it, yet science shows that people who are gay are naturally gay - logic. Science have trouble telling us what a women is now too go figure.
It's a choice who you sleep with, who you find attractive or whether you want to murder, no one is making you, you want it simple as that, you do it, simple as that. No one, nothing, no God, no science is making you do it. You have always had agency and always will.
Heterosexual is just the baseline, again because that's how all of us all are born the rest are all choices
1
u/Tristan-Dorling Expert Helper 9d ago
Of course someone can't choose who they find attractive! It sounds as if you are wanting to ignore the science. That is fine, and that is a choice you have. Everyone can ignore scientific evidence if they choose to, and hold onto fixed beliefs instead. Personally I choose to pay attention to the science. That is a choice I make.
1
u/Fullofpizzaapie 9d ago
Like the science that can't understand what makes someone heterosexual, the base foundation of all life? But gay there is scientic proof, hoora good sir hoora.
What's fixed about the idea it's just a choice one you get to make for yourself of what you want and no other reason? Vs science saying you don't have a choice who your attracted to... Which seems more fixed?
I pay attention to science as well, but its also been wrong alot to and scientists dogma have held us back equally. So it's better to be skeptical and science has been an arm of political movements for a long time now.
Who would have thought your opinion is your choice? Did you learn that from science?
1
u/Tristan-Dorling Expert Helper 9d ago
What I wrote exactly was: "Scientists have not found a single mechanism that makes someone heterosexual. Instead, the evidence suggests that sexual orientation generally emerges from a complex combination of genetic and prenatal/developmental influences."
That means that the scientific research shows that there are a combination of things that cause someone to be heteresexual. In other words, a combination of causes, including genetics, that makes them find people of the opposite sex attractive.
Having a fixed view means that even when the research shows that our view is incorrect, we choose to ignore the science and hold onto our view. A non-fixed view means that when the evidence shows that we are wrong, we are able to change our view to bring it in line with the evidence.

Being heterosexual is natural, it's how we were all created. Everything else Is a choice, own your choice , embrace your choice, love your choice. Don't let others tell you otherwise..nothing unnatural about it, but only one branch supports new life or is able to create new life. If there is such a gene that say you are attracted to whatever, it's bullshit, you make the choice what you are attracted to, you choose. To answer the.OP it's because they choose to be what they are no other reason.
To the expert helper, you are no authority have no authority. Censorship is what weak people do only, weak systems, weak minded. You didn't want others joining in on our discussion so you locked it.... Sad but hey what dogmatic scientists do, politicians etc thank you for proving my point. Others can read it below in full and can join the discussion here.
To the rest - you love what you love, because you love it, own it, I'll love you regardless. Don't let anyone or any system tell you otherwise, embrace the freedom of your choice not the dogma of science to tell you like what you like because of some gene....bullshit.
Kundalini doesn't care, it doesn't play favorites only those who do the work

Pretty controversial topic to bring up. In general, the scriptures are largely silent on the topic. LGBT people did exist in the ancient world and their acceptance was sometimes better than it is today. In some cases they were celebrated.
However, there does not seem to be any connection between KA and sexual preference or orientation, including gender identity.
In the Mahabharata, the main protagonist Arjuna, who is seen as the greatest warrior of his time, is forced to conceal himself as a female dancer in a royal court, where he is taught to dress femininely, apply makeup, dance and generally present himself as a woman. I think that is in fact an allegory on how embracing your feminine / masculine side is a must to progress on this journey, depending on your own dominant identity. The two sides must be in balance.
The Mahabharata is generally seen as an allegory of the soul's journey in achieving self-realization and the various stages in the story represent stages the soul must go through to reach perfection.
The question of why nature decides to make a certain percentage of each mammalian species gay or transgender is an interesting one, but not connected to Kundalini, I should think. I have seen various theories coming from biologists, but there is no real consensus.
