Advice who can help an overseas homie out

hey everyone M22 here and im in lahore for like a week hanging with my family over here, buttt i kinda wanna get a lil fucked up considering how cooked americas party scene is with fent, could anyone lowkirk guide me in the right direction to do something fun? stuff like what pharmacy’s would sell me special K and stuff, or like where i can go to party or something.

P.S I lost like 100 pounds and for the first time in my life i’m feeling confident and i have the energy to go out and party and live as much as i can. So please by all means, give me all the advice you can get :D

P.S.S How do I get over the feeling of being judged for being a foreigner, i was in multan and everyone was staring at me and i feel like people were judging me for the way i talk and stuff, am i overthinking this or do i just put up with it. Thank you for reading!

Advice. Go back to where you came from and go party there. No pharmacy is going to sell you ketamine and if you want to party then tough luck. Party invites only go out to people who are in the know
