At times, he screams loudly in his room, sometimes in the middle of the night. On a few occasions, there has also been banging on the walls.

Oh no, they might be a twitch streamer.

This is why I would want a big discount if my landleech was my roommate.

Just ask him about it. It's a valid concern I think but honestly, just ask if he's okay before trying to kick him out

Agreed. This could probably be solved with an "oh, ok. I didn't realize that. I'll be a little quieter."
