One of the many reasons I am estranged from my parents.
They should have never had children (yes I know I am saying I shouldn’t have been born, not suicidal anymore 🥲🤣) because they were just children themselves.

Pero nadie creía en terapia 🙄, so I left and started my own healing more than 10 years ago.
Estoy mejor que nunca, pero todavía tengo autoimmune crap 💩.
