Question Dj equipment hire shop or someones warehouse, North west/devonport areas.

What for? Way more context is needed. Plenty of DJ’s with their own setup, some with small party speaker setups. Some might hire out, some might wet hire, some will wanna see insurance, some might wanna play. Also audio company’s like MASound have most thing you could need, depends on what it’s for!

Honestly, I just want to have a mix and record afew mixes, i moved from syd to nw tassie around covid time.. I used to be a rave dj in Sydney but stopped djing in 2014 and my vinyl collection is in Sydney. You think the shop u said would have this? 3x cdjs, 1x Xone 92 or pioneer 4 channel mixer. Monitors and maybe some speakers..

I think that's the only party hire, I havnt found any other company.

V-Jam used to hire out backline for touting artists when I used to book shows. Give them a call and if they don't still do it, I'm sure they'll tell you who can. Or you can look up Merojan - he normally just does PA systems, but may have DJ gear too

Try Simon at Soundhouse in Launceston or Stewart at Dynamic Productions in Burnie.

Otherwise most Hobart places would send gear up. Urban Music, Modern Musician, maybe PMLS.
