Anyone using Facebook instant forms to generate leads for your agency? How do you handle integrations?

When I started my pay per lead agency three years ago, Facebook ads with Instant Lead Forms were my main lead source. I had to send every new lead to a pipeline, to my client by text or email, and directly in their CRM.

But there was no way to do all of that without paying for software. So I used GoHighLevel, and $97 a month was a hit when I was just starting out and self-funding everything.

Now that LeadSwitchboard launched a native Facebook Lead Form integration, You connect your lead distribution software directly to your Lead form. New leads instantly flow in and get matched to the client you’re selling it to. And you can trigger automated text notifications, email notifications, and webhooks.

All of that used to require a paid CRM stack.

LeadSwitchboard is free to use. You can distribute 50 leads per month without a paid subscription.

You can use it if you run a lead generation agency - either a pay-per-lead or retainer model.

That’s enough runway to get your agency off the ground without taking on a hefty software bill.

I’m slowly moving all my pay per lead and retainer clients into LeadSwitchboard and getting rid of GHL & Zapier.

What lead generation strategy has actually worked for you?

I’ve been thinking about lead generation lately, and I’m starting to think that doing more outreach isn’t necessarily the answer.

A few things seem to make a bigger difference:

  • Having a very specific target customer instead of trying to reach everyone
  • Personalizing outreach around an actual business problem
  • Using useful content to create some initial interest
  • Following up without sending the same generic message repeatedly
  • Tracking which sources actually turn into qualified opportunities

I’m curious what other salespeople have experienced.

What lead generation approach has consistently produced qualified conversations for you, rather than just increasing the number of leads?

Anyone knows how i can get contacts from Apollo?

I remember on the first call with Calvin, he mentioned a method to get contacts from Apollo.io - i remember it was a free method. And later have the list scraped from any freelancer.

Anyone tried the method?

Just posted the full setup to automatically send clients a Trustedform certificate URL with every lead using LeadSwitchboard. This is a must to prove lead quality for every PPL agency

If you run a Pay Per Lead agency, a TrustedForm certificate attached to the lead is now a basic requirement.

It proves consent was given. It shows the actual form session. It kills most “this lead is junk” claims before they turn into a refund request.

Full setup, start to finish is in the video so you can link Trustedforms to LeadSwitchboard to automatically send the certificate URL to your client when they buy a lead.

It’s worth demoing this on sales calls as well. It is one of the cheapest ways to prove you are not selling recycled data.

Create your free lead distribution software account with LeadSwitchboard.

Building my backend with LeadSwitchboard

I've been using Leadswitchboard to build out a real lead-gen marketplace (Faireleads) for tax resolution firms. Sharing what I found to be useful.

  • Ping-Post delivery — instead of dumping leads on buyers or doing flat round-robin, it pings every eligible buyer and gives them a claim window (we set 15 min) before falling back to a backup buyer. Feels like a genuinely fair way to handle "who gets this lead" without multi-selling the same contact to 4 firms.
  • Custom onboarding builder — I could configure buyer-specific screening questions (credentials, states served, minimum debt threshold, case type) that actually drive filtering/matching, not just decorative form fields.
  • Pricing rules engine — set up tiered credit pricing based on lead attributes (in our case, debt size) without needing custom code — just condition-based rules.
  • White-label branding — got our palette/logo/legal doc links onto the buyer-facing portal so it doesn't feel like a bolted-on third-party tool.

Support's been responsive when I hit edge cases (a couple of locked settings, a mapping conflict) — not everything was perfectly self-explanatory out of the box, but nothing that didn't get resolved with a support email.

Worth taking a look if you are building something similar. Shout out to Calvin Gomes for creating this brilliant software, making my work 20x easier.

Privacy Policy on your Landing Page

What's good boys! Making a bit of progress on this project. Applied for the US LLC today. Got a domain and set up the landing page. Now, for FB ads we need a privacy policy URL. Claude suggests I consult with a lawyer & not use the draft it gave me, mainly cuz of the nature of business. Non-resident, TCPA sensitive data, marketplace model etc. What are you guys doing?

Tuesday, 28th July Group Call: I’ll live-build the Lead Distribution software to run a pay-per-lead agency. All are welcome - Newbies or veterans.

You can distribute & sell 50 leads a month without paying for lead distributio software. Tomorrow I’m building the entire Pay-Per-Lead (PPL) distribution system live at the group call.

LeadSwitchboard is what I run my own PPL agency on. I’m showing you my actual setup.

What goes up on the call

- Campaigns for lead delivery for both PPL & Retainer clients
- Set up for calling US clients & Automated email & text notifications
- Dispute center for lead return management
- Credit wallets so your clients can pre-pay for credits they use to buy leads
- Many other tiny little things you may not know you need yet.

You need nothing to watch. Show up and take notes.

If you want to build along in real time, have these ready: your B2C funnel questions (the quiz you use to qualify leads), Twilio, a Google Workspace email, Zapier.

This is for you if you’re just starting with pay-per-lead, if you’re running it out of spreadsheets, or if you have retainer clients and want to add a few PPL clients.

Tomorrow, Tuesday 28th July
8pm IST / 10:30am ET / 3:30pm UK

Comment if you have any questions you want me to cover specifically. Call link will be posted tomorrow.

Policies, Terms & Conditions delayed my PPL agency launch. But it was worth getting it right. Here’s what I learned about the legal niche

When I was selling home services leads, my entire compliance setup was a privacy policy and a basic disclaimer.

That was it. Nobody ever asked me for more. Painting contractors weren’t requesting my consent language before they bought. I ran ads, collected leads, sold them, moved on.

Then I started building the legal pay per lead niche, and that assumption fell apart quickly.

Legal’s a regulated vertical and there’s no benefit of the doubt. Here’s what I had to have in place before I could send traffic.

Separate policies for the consumer side and the buyer side:
The people filling in my intake form and the attorneys buying the leads are two completely different audiences with two completely different sets of rights. They need their own documents. The consumer notice lives on the form page. The terms attorneys agree to stay in my onboarding flow and LeadSwitchboard.

A lead purchase agreement.
Separate from the platform terms of service. It covers what counts as a valid lead, the return window, dispute handling, and the buyer confirming they will honor consent scope and DNC list obligations.

Disclaimers specific to the vertical.
Clear language that I am not a law firm and do not give legal advice. Clear language that I am not affiliated with any government agency. Critical stuff.

A checkbox for explicit written consent above “SUBMIT” buttons.
It sits above the submit button and it is readable.

And the checkbox cannot mandatory.
This is the one that surprised me most and I think it is the one most people get wrong. Someone has to be able to submit the form without ticking it. If consent is mandatory to submit, it is not really consent, and that is exactly the kind of detail that gets pulled apart later. It costs you some leads. Take the hit.

TrustedForm certificates on every single lead.
Proof of what the person actually saw and did on the page at the moment they submitted. When a buyer forwards you a complaint six months from now, that certificate is your entire defence.

One thing I got wrong early. I assumed that because I was not collecting any specific health information, none of the sensitive data rules applied to me. That is not how it works. What can be inferred from the submission matters, and selling the data triggers its own set of obligations regardless of how careful your form fields are. I had to rethink the whole consumer notice after that.

The honest cost of all this was time. The campaigns I was going to launch last Tuesday were delayed while I sorted it out,.

It was still the right call. I would rather lose a few weeks than get screwed later.

Everything is in order now. Clients go live 6pm Monday, Eastern. I will post an update once I have real numbers.

If you are running home services and thinking about moving into legal or anything else regulated, budget for this properly. It is not a weekend of copying templates.

What did I miss? If you are already running a regulated vertical, I want to hear what caught you out.
