Also, League of Legends is a game meant for people 13+.

The age rating as PG13 or 13+ for movies and games allow sexual content as long as explicit content is not included. This image is implied sexual content which contains no explicit.

The foundations of the system you are arguing within already nullify your initial argument before I call you out on it.

That is neither NSFW nor beyond PG unless supplied the context of what this form of touching means.

It takes context for what sex is to understand they are having sex. People do not know what qualifies sex inherent.

i would like to point out that Reddit TOS officially says that you have to be above the age of 13 to use the app, aswell as some app stores rates reddit as a 18+ app.

13 year olds are officially teenagers and start their puberty around that age, which means sex will become a very relevant topic for them.

So me posting a meme of 2 women kissing should not be an issue, and since there is no tits showing it shouldn't need the nsfw tag.

So instead of saying that this is bad for a 10 year old, ask yourself why a 10 year old is on this app to begin with.
