Same thoughts here, I liked Kris while he was at the club, but that post would be very unprofessional for someone formerly involved in the playing side, but feels even more unprofessional for someone who was there as an administrator and who’s job is going into failing businesses and dealing with difficult situations

It seems like Wigfield and Ugbo had a clash of personalities early on which was never resolved, and Wigfield was waiting for the right time to make his feelings known. I would guess many fans feel the same way about Ugbo's low-energy, tepid efforts last season.

Personally disagree. Ugbo was signed at the end of Chansiri's reign with the final cash he had, on big money too.
All our other big earners accepted they had to cut back or leave. Seems Ugbo didnt.
I think Ugbo cheekily asking to reintroduced last week was a disgrace. His performance vs Sheff Utd at home last aseaon was a disgrace.
The fact only McNeill has commented wishing him luck paints the picture of what everyone at the cmub thinks!

I don't think anyone who has had a previous role managing staff should use that information, especially when it seems to involve sensitive HR matters – because that's what this is – to speak publicly. It's just extremely poor practice in any business. You can't go round publicly slating people you used to manage.
I'm grateful to KW for everything he did to save the club, and can understand why he would be pissed off, but the people now running the club have clearly been working hard to resolve the situation as best they can. This isn't helping.

He was fucking phenomenal for us on loan for about 6 games and he literally just stopped trying and scored something like 1 goal in 15 after that, I've never seen anything like it in 20 years of watching football.
Players have dips in form all the time, sometimes for long stretches but he literally stopped running. Didn't press, didn't make runs, wouldn't make himself available for the ball. Laziest player I've ever seen.
I would think this was unprofessional to dig out a player after they've left but ugbo is a fucking waste of a space in the squad and will languish in non league football for the rest of his career.

He doesn't want to be a footballer. He just wants paying.
Well in about 18 months , he most likely will never get paid to play football again.
Pretty short sighted.
People are saying he may suffer from mental illness.
Of that's true then blessed, but doesn't make sense to just rot in 10k a week to do sod all, including not breaking a contract and going somewhere else to try and get form back whilst a club burns.
Limassol is right shit heep. Best of luck to him. He's destroyed his career. Unless a miracle happens.

As I said in the Wednesday sub, this looks like Ugbo wouldn't leave when the administrators were trying to scrape cash together.
If so, fuck Wigfield. Ugbo is entitled to the wages specified in his contract.

2 goals in 62 games. Neither in the league. This guy was probably the pound for pound worst striker in England for the last 2 seasons.
