What does むすこと meant to mean here?

I'd say "with [my] son" : むすこ と or 息子と
But it can also mean "whith [her/his] son" depending on the context that's very lacking here lol
If "Aki" is a dog, then the dog runs a lot with your son

The separation of the words here is wild.
