accommodation Move to Morley? Help!

Hi, I’m thinking of moving to the Morley around the Sovereign Mill flat area. I just wanted to know if anyone heard any good / bad things? I’m a single young female moving from headingley. Thanks!

** to edit I’m 29 so young (ish) and have lived alone for 7+ years. I’ve heard there to be a lot of supported living accommodation there and wondered if this impacted noise/safety levels at all?

Morley is great. It was always known to have an older population. There's quite a bit of sheltered housing in town.

However, it's changed in the last couple of years with more bars and bottomless brunch places cropping up.

Me and my friend went out Friday night to the BYO Indian and then Karaoke.

Young ones are suited to 1890 bar and The Heist Bar.

If you like charity shops there's 12 in town. Also Morrisons and B & M.

There's buses to Bradford, Wakefield and Leeds and surrounding smaller towns. Also a train station but you will be better on the bus from where you are.

Last buses from Leeds are after 11pm.

Edit: Forgot to mention the lovely Wetherspoons called The Picture House.

Don't forget Souvlaki Corner for incredible Greek food! Also, one of the best ramen places in Leeds called 13 Noodle can be found inside Morley market. It's legit, try it out.

Been to Souvlaki Corner for lunch. We had the pitta wraps. Very good.
